All Sindbad transactions are transferred through formal and legal channels. Every transaction of ours will happen in an account under the company’s name, our sister company’s name (Saba Muscat Trading LLC.) in Oman or personal of Rami Beseiso account.
- Method of payments: We mainly settle in US dollars/ RMB. The main method of payment is by bank transfer (TT), and Paypal for smaller amounts.
- After placing the order, the customer should pay a 30%-50% deposit of the total order amount. Sindbad shall start the arrangement of production after receiving the down payment.
- When the production is completed, the customer needs to pay the remaining balance before shipment.
- Upon receipt of balance. Sindbad will arrange customs declaration logistics and shipping to destination.
